As part and parcel of the field activities in which Al-Zahraa University for Women actively participates, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, attended the graduation ceremony of sixth-grade pupils from Noor Al-Imam Hussein Institute for the Blind and Visually Impaired. The graduating Batch, entitled “Blind Person’s Imprint”, was honoured in the presence of academic and religious figures at Khatam Al-Anbiyaa Hall within the Holy Hussein Shrine.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur'an. During the event, Prof. Dr. Al-Sultani delivered a special address in which she spoke about the determination and resilience of visually impaired individuals in overcoming challenges. She also commended the exceptional efforts of the Institute’s teaching staff for the humanitarian role they fulfil alongside their noble educational mission.
The ceremony further featured a theatrical performance entitled “We Can”, presented by a group of the Institute’s pupils.
