As part of Al-Zahraa University for Women’s commitment to strengthening its ties with leading scientific and cultural institutions, the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Ghaidaa Al-Mulla, joined the university delegation headed by the University President, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, on an official visit to Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bayt Al-Hikma (The Iraqi House of Wisdom), to extend congratulations on his appointment as Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

During the meeting, the University President emphasized the significant role of Bayt Al-Hikma as one of Iraq’s foremost scientific and cultural institutions, praising its contributions to supporting scientific research and enriching intellectual and scholarly activities. She also expressed her best wishes to Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi for success in his new responsibilities.

The participation of the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology reflected the College’s commitment to strengthening its presence in academic cooperation initiatives and expanding collaboration with leading scientific institutions.

For his part, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi welcomed the university delegation and expressed his appreciation for the visit, describing it as a reflection of the strong relationship between the two institutions. He also emphasized the importance of broadening joint cooperation in the fields of scientific research, the exchange of academic expertise, and the organization of scientific and cultural programs and events, in ways that support the academic environment, enhance scientific outcomes, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge-based development in Iraq.
