As part of the Technology Corner activities at the Al-Zahraa University (PBUH) for Women Arbaeen Service Mawkib, student Shahznan Haider Hassan, a third-year Artificial Intelligence Engineering student, presented her innovative project, “My Little Muwali”, which leverages artificial intelligence technologies to deliver an interactive educational experience tailored for children participating in the Arbaeen pilgrimage.

The platform enables parents or supervisors to submit the child’s name and photo through a Telegram bot. Using AI, the child’s image is transformed into a cartoon character and seamlessly integrated into a personalized interactive story featuring the child’s name and likeness. The stories are inspired by the values of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and the noble biography of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), combining education with entertainment while encouraging children to develop a love for reading.

The project also incorporates interactive questions following each story to assess the child’s comprehension, along with the option to download the story in PDF format. This innovative educational experience highlights the role of artificial intelligence in supporting the message of Arbaeen and reflects the creativity of the students of the College of Engineering and Information Technology in developing digital solutions that serve society while instilling the values of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) in younger generations.
