The Assistant Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology for Administrative Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Athir Nadhim Hussein, conducted an on-site tour of the examination halls to follow up on the progress of the second-round examinations for the 2025–2026 academic year and to closely review the procedures adopted to organize the examinations and ensure their smooth conduct.

During the tour, he inspected several examination halls, reviewed the procedures for student distribution and entry arrangements, and followed up on the work of the examination committees and supervising staff. He also monitored the administrative and organizational procedures accompanying the examination process.

The tour also included ensuring that suitable conditions were provided for students and verifying that any needs or observations arising during the examinations were addressed, in a manner that enhances the level of organization and guarantees the regular and efficient conduct of the examinations.
