The Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Professor Ghaydaa Al-Mulla, participated as part of the official delegation headed by the University President, Professor Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, in a visit to the Iraqi University in Baghdad. The visit culminated in the signing of a scientific and academic cooperation agreement between the two institutions.

The Dean's participation underscored the importance of engineering disciplines in building strategic partnerships. The visit included in-depth discussions on developing joint academic programs, exchanging teaching and research expertise, supporting scientific research projects, and adopting the latest educational methods and technologies to meet quality standards and academic accreditation requirements.

Furthermore, the Dean contributed developmental visions to enhance the College's role in academic outreach, particularly in organizing specialized workshops and courses, and activating scientific exchange programs and joint research supervision. This reflects the College of Engineering and Information Technology's commitment to its leading role in supporting higher education and strengthening its presence within the national scientific cooperation framework.
