Al-Zahraa Engineering Completes the Zero Issue of a Specialized Journal on Artificial Intelligence Applications
The College of Engineering and Information Technology has completed the preparation of the scientific research papers for the zero issue of the Al-Zahraa Journal of Artificial Intelligence Applications, a specialized scientific journal dedicated to research in artificial intelligence, its applications, and related emerging technologies.
The issue was prepared under the supervision of the University President and Editor-in-Chief of the journal, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, with the follow-up of the Assistant University President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zuhair Mohammed Ali Jadu, the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Ghaida Abd Al-Hussein Al-Mulla, and the Managing Editor, Prof. Dr. Ali Jaafar Al-Husseini.
The issue includes a collection of scientific research papers that have undergone evaluation and review procedures. The papers address applications of artificial intelligence in engineering, technological, health, and educational fields, in addition to interdisciplinary research that brings together more than one scientific specialization.
The completion of the zero issue comes as part of the preparations for launching the journal and finalizing its official requirements and procedures, foremost among them obtaining the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN). This step strengthens the presence of the College of Engineering and Information Technology in scientific research and specialized academic publishing, while supporting the University of Al-Zahraa (peace be upon her) in keeping pace with the rapid developments in the fields of artificial intelligence and technology.
