The Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Ghaidaa Abdul Hussein Al-Mulla, chaired the meeting of the Strategic Planning Committee, which was dedicated to initiating the preparation of the College’s 2026–2031 Five-Year Strategic Plan, with the participation of the committee members.

During the meeting, the committee discussed the College’s key strategic priorities and major institutional issues, while identifying future directions and priorities aimed at supporting academic and administrative development and enhancing institutional performance and quality.

The development of the five-year strategic plan reflects the College’s commitment to adopting a strategic planning approach and anticipating future needs. It seeks to establish a clear long-term vision, define measurable and achievable objectives, and outline practical implementation pathways that align with the College’s aspirations and institutional goals.
