The Department of Physical Therapy at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Zahraa (A.S.) The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Nagham Takleef Al-Husseini, with the participation of a number of college students.

The workshop aimed to raise students' awareness of the importance of self-care and the development of personal and intellectual capabilities as essential foundations for building confident, self-aware women capable of making a positive impact in their academic and social environments.

The workshop explored the concept of self-awareness and its role in personal development and strengthening women's self-confidence. It also highlighted the importance of balancing self-care with social responsibilities and emphasized women's ability to transform awareness and knowledge into meaningful actions that contribute to community development and positive social change.

The workshop reflects the College of Health and Medical Technologies' commitment to supporting awareness initiatives aimed at empowering students, developing their personal and leadership skills, and strengthening the role of conscious women in building a more progressive and cohesive society.
