The Department of Arabic Language in the Faculty of Education, in joint cooperation with the Department of Continuing Education at Al-Zahraa University for Women, initiated a scientific workshop titled "Mind Maps and Teaching Skills". The said event was attended by faculty and administrative staff at Al-Kawthar Centre in the main building of the University.
Lect. Dr. Amal Abd Al-Rahim Jum'a, a faculty member at the University, stated, "Mind maps serve as an expressive medium for personal viewpoints regarding the realm of ideas and plans, rather than being restricted to words alone. Additionally, branches, images, and colours are utilised to express ideas, making them highly effective tools for condensing and processing information, formulating action plans, and launching new projects."
She added, "The workshop encompassed the definition of mind maps, the importance of their applications, and their function in both the educational and administrative processes, as well as methods for their implementation in the workplace. Through this, we addressed both the theoretical and practical dimensions."
