The official Head of the Legal Affairs Department at Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her) for women (Prof. Dr. Atheer Nazim Al-Janabi) was presented a (TOT) certificate for his participation in a training course on (international humanitarian law) which was established by the Cordoba Peace Institute – Geneva) in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The training course was supervised by specialists in international humanitarian law, where they dealt with several axes that qualify the preparation of qualified trainers in this important field. The Cordoba Peace Institute – Geneva is a Swiss, non-governmental, non-profit organization working in the field of peace promotion. It was established in Geneva in 2002 in order to advance research and dialogue on issues of peace, and to promote exchange between cultures and civilizations. It also aims to strengthen theoretical and applied resources in the field of peace and working towards Rationalizing the dispute in Muslim-majority countries.
