Academic Humanity Settles in Karbala Nursing Home

In line with the directives of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him), and under the direct supervision of the President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, to support efforts aimed at achieving the goals of social solidarity among segments of Iraqi society, the Social Research Division, affiliated with the Department of Campus Dormitory Affairs, organized a humanitarian visit to the nursing home in the holy city of Karbala. This visit is part of a volunteer campaign aimed at building bridges of mercy and social solidarity. This initiative was attended by the Head of the Department of Dormitory Affairs, Asst. lect. Amira Abbas Al-Amiri, accompanied by the department's staff and a number of female students. A number of basic necessities were provided to the residents of the home, expressing the spirit of giving and human belonging that the university seeks to instill in the souls of its female students. This visit is part of a series of community activities implemented by the university to enhance the concept of social responsibility among female students and link educational aspects with moral and human values.
