Engineering College Hosts Scholarship Workshop

Under the auspices of the President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Ghaidaa Al-Mulla, and in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, the college organized a specialized training workshop titled:
“Scholarships, Application Procedures, and Key Requirements,” delivered by Engineer Mohsen Hasnain Murtadha.

The workshop witnessed distinguished official and academic attendance, led by the Dean of the College, along with department heads and a number of faculty members, in addition to wide participation from female students across various departments.

The workshop included a comprehensive presentation of available study opportunities, application requirements, and international competition mechanisms, as well as an explanation of the most important documents and qualifications that enhance acceptance chances in global programs. It also focused on empowering students to understand the application process professionally and opening new horizons for them to pursue postgraduate studies (outside Iraq).

This event comes as part of the College of Engineering and Information Technology’s commitment to promoting a culture of applying for international scholarships and building students’ capacities to qualify them for global academic competition.

At the conclusion of the workshop, the Dean of the College presented a certificate of appreciation to the trainer in recognition of his efforts and the valuable information he provided.
