Under the patronage of the President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Ghaidaa Al-Mulla, and in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center, the College organized a specialized training course on Google applications and their importance in education and work. The five-day course was delivered by the Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hiba Jabar Al-Aqabi, with the participation of academic, administrative staff, and students.

The course introduced key Google tools, including Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Classroom, providing practical explanations on how to utilize them for file management, work organization, and facilitating collaboration within an integrated digital work environment.

It also highlighted the role of these applications in simplifying daily tasks and enabling access to files anytime and anywhere, in addition to supporting collaborative work, organizing data, and creating electronic forms and surveys. This contributes to the development and efficiency of both educational and professional practices.
