The College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Zahraa University for Women welcomed a ministerial committee assigned to follow up on the establishment of the Department of Cosmetology and Laser Technologies.

The committee was received by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Nadia Nayef Hussein, who presented an overview of the newly established department in its initial phase. The presentation highlighted the available resources, including laboratories, infrastructure, and academic staff. During the visit, the committee toured the classrooms and laboratories and reviewed the academic plans, commending the College’s efforts in launching the department.

The committee emphasized the importance of adhering to ministerial standards in the establishment of academic departments, ensuring the preparation of qualified graduates who meet labor market demands and contribute to enhancing the quality of technical health education. For her part, Dr. Nadia Nayef Hussein expressed her appreciation to the committee members for their visit and valuable feedback, reaffirming the College’s commitment to quality standards and academic accreditation.
