The Department of Cosmetology and Laser Technologies at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Zahraa (A.S.) University for Women, in cooperation with the Women's Affairs Division and the Continuing Education Center, organized an awareness workshop entitled "My Journey to Self-Discovery." The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Samar Ali Mahmoud, with the participation of a number of college students.

 

The workshop aimed to enhance students' self-awareness and develop their ability to understand their personalities, discover their potential, and recognize their strengths. It also encouraged students to build self-confidence and develop personal skills that contribute to psychological and social well-being, as well as academic and professional success.

 

The workshop highlighted the importance of self-discovery in building a balanced and self-aware personality. It also explored key concepts related to self-esteem, positive thinking, and personal goal-setting, emphasizing the importance of overcoming challenges and unlocking individual potential to achieve future aspirations.

 

The workshop reflects the College of Health and Medical Technologies' commitment to organizing educational and awareness-raising activities that foster students' personal development, strengthen their intellectual and psychological capabilities, and prepare a generation of confident, self-aware women capable of making meaningful contributions to society.
