Within the framework of academic openness and inter-institutional collaboration, Dr. Haifa Mahmoud Ahmed Al-Ashqar, a faculty member in the Department of Special Education at the College of Education, Al-Zahraa (PBUH) University for Women, participated in delivering an in-person scientific workshop at Al-Kut Technical Institute entitled: “Psychological Resilience and Professional Intelligence for University Instructors in Technical Educational Environments.”

The workshop addressed key concepts of psychological resilience and its role in achieving emotional balance, in addition to methods for developing professional intelligence to meet the demands of modern educational environments, as well as strategies for coping with professional pressures and fostering a motivating learning environment.

The session witnessed active engagement from attendees and concluded with the presentation of appreciation to the lecturer in recognition of her distinguished academic contribution, reflecting the active presence of Al-Zahraa University faculty in academic forums.

This activity comes as part of Al-Zahraa (PBUH) University for Women’s ongoing efforts to support academic participation and the exchange of expertise with other educational institutions, contributing to the development of teaching competencies and the enhancement of educational quality.
