**The Dean Participates in Receiving the Representative of the Religious Authority at Al-Zahraa University for Women**
Professor Dr. Ghaidaa Al-Mulla, Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, participated in receiving His Eminence the Legal Custodian of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalaei (may his honor be preserved), during his inspection visit to the university to review the expansion and development projects currently underway.
The visit included the inauguration of Al-Zahraa Mosque (peace be upon her) and the kindergarten unit within the university campus, in addition to a field tour to review the new expansion and future plans related to infrastructure development and urban expansion, in line with the increasing number of students and the requirements of a modern educational environment.
Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalaei praised the efforts made in developing the university and the administration’s commitment to providing an integrated educational environment that combines academic excellence with educational and spiritual values, emphasizing the importance of academic institutions in preparing a generation equipped with knowledge and competence while preserving authentic values and principles.
This visit reflects the support of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein for academic and educational institutions through its continuous sponsorship of scientific and service projects and the development of the university environment, contributing to the advancement of the country’s educational process.
