The Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Ghaida Al-Mulla, held a meeting with the Electronic Computer Center and a number of the college’s female students to discuss the mechanisms for managing and developing the WomenAI Hub platform. The meeting also addressed the implementation steps required to activate the platform in line with its mission of empowering female students and strengthening their presence in digital and technological fields.
The discussion focused on involving female students in the platform’s management, distributing responsibilities among the technical and administrative teams, and organizing the process of uploading content related to all activities, training courses, workshops, initiatives, and student projects. The platform is intended to serve as a digital gateway that documents students’ achievements while showcasing their skills and academic and professional opportunities.
The Dean emphasized the importance of making WomenAI Hub an interactive platform managed with the active participation of female students. Such involvement will help them develop practical experience in digital management, content creation, and institutional work, while enhancing their readiness for the job market. This approach aligns with the college’s vision of promoting innovation, artificial intelligence, and women’s empowerment in technology-related fields.
