The Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Ghaida Al-Mulla, held a virtual meeting with the University Computing Center and representatives of the "Tawqi'ak" platform, Iraq's first national electronic signature project. The preliminary meeting was dedicated to exploring opportunities for mutual collaboration and the possibility of implementing the project within the college as part of a pilot phase.

During the meeting, an introductory presentation was delivered outlining the platform's operational mechanism and its role in supporting digital transformation, streamlining administrative and academic procedures, and discussing the requirements for implementing the project and the potential benefits it could offer to the College of Engineering as a first step toward expanding the initiative.

Both parties emphasized the importance of continuing coordination in the coming phase and studying the appropriate mechanisms for launching a pilot implementation in line with the university's vision of adopting modern digital solutions and strengthening the electronic work environment.
