Ongoing Recruitment Interviews Continue at the College of Engineering and Information Technology Through Evaluation of Candidates’ Teaching Performance
The College of Engineering and Information Technology continues its recruitment interview process for academic staff positions under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ghaidaa Al-Mulla, as part of the college’s strategy to attract qualified academic talents capable of contributing to the enhancement of educational quality and the advancement of its academic mission.
As part of the interviews, applicants delivered trial lectures covering specialized topics that reflected their academic expertise, teaching abilities, classroom management skills, and engagement with the learning environment. The designated committee evaluated their performance according to approved academic and professional standards to ensure the selection of the most distinguished and competent candidates.
