As part of strengthening scientific and academic cooperation and promoting the exchange of expertise among Iraqi universities, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Assistant Professor Dr. Hiba Jabbar Al-Aqabi, participated as a committee member and supervisor in the defense of a master’s thesis at the Department of Computer Science, College of Education, University of Kufa.

The thesis, entitled “Multimodal Sentiment-Based Classification of Short-Form Video Content Using Deep Learning,” focused on developing an intelligent multimodal sentiment analysis model by integrating text, audio, and video data through deep learning techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of sentiment classification.

The defense featured a rigorous scientific discussion and valuable academic contributions from the examination committee. It concluded with congratulations to the candidate and best wishes for continued success in her academic and research career.
