The College of Pharmacy Council at Al-Zahraa University (PBUH) for Women held a meeting chaired by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Noor Hatif Al-Dabbagh, and attended by council members and heads of scientific branches to discuss academic and scientific preparations for the 2026–2027 academic year.

The meeting began with congratulations on the start of the new academic year and recognition of the College’s achievements during the previous year. Among the most notable accomplishments were obtaining programmatic accreditation and ranking first among Iraqi private universities in the ministerial assessment examinations for the third consecutive year, reflecting the College’s academic excellence and the dedicated efforts of its faculty, staff, and students.

The Council discussed several key matters related to organizing academic work for the new year, including the structure of the scientific branches, faculty teaching loads, distribution of duties and responsibilities, and scientific plans, as well as mechanisms for their effective implementation to ensure the smooth progress of the educational process and the achievement of the College’s academic objectives.

The Dean emphasized the importance of maintaining teamwork and building on the achievements of the previous academic year to further strengthen the College’s academic and scientific progress and sustain its distinguished performance.
