The Quality and University Performance team is looking into the annual evaluation requirements at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology.

The Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at Al-Zahraa University (peace be upon her), represented by Performance Evaluation Division Officer Mrs Baraa Adnan Badiwi and Quality Assurance Division Officer Mrs Noor Qasim Rasheed, held a meeting with the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division at the College of Engineering and Information Technology to discuss the requirements and mechanisms for the annual evaluation of academic and administrative staff. The meeting was attended by college representatives, including Quality Assurance Division Officer Eng. Mohsen Ali Diwan and University Performance Unit Officer Mrs Seham Hadi Al-Asadi, where they reviewed the process for completing annual evaluation forms according to the approved ministerial guidelines, and discussed the evaluation criteria for teachers and staff and the set timelines for completion. The meeting also included discussions on several queries and comments regarding evaluation procedures and implementation methods, aiming to standardise work processes, enhance accuracy and efficiency of documentation, and strengthen quality standards and continuous improvement of institutional performance in the college.
