Annual Gathering Commemorating Martyrdom of Fatimah Al-Zahraa (pbuh)
The Student Activities Department, organized a gathering to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of the Lady of the Women of the World, Fatimah Al-Zahraa (peace be upon her), in cooperation with the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Department. The gathering was under the motto "The Educational Giving Journey of the Noble Descendant of Prophet hood, Fatimah Al-Zahraa (peace be upon her)".The said event took place in Tuesday, December 27, 2022. The event included several segments, beginning with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Dr. Mohammed Al-Maamouri, followed by a lecture titled "Imamate in the Sermon of Lady Fatimah Al-Zahraa (peace be upon her)" delivered by Dr. Talal Khalifa Al-Obaidi from the University of Baghdad. Additionally, Sheikh Murtadha Al-Mudarrisi presented a thought-provoking lecture. The program also included a poetry recitation by student Zahraa Adel, who delivered a poem about Lady Fatimah Al-Zahraa (peace be upon her). The gathering concluded with the screening of a documentary film depicting the injustice was faced by Fatimah Al-Zahraa (peace be upon her), followed by honoring the attendees and the female participating students. It is noteworthy that the event witnessed a large turnout and positive engagement from the audience, reflecting their deep connection to the commemoration.
