Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her) for women proudly received the President of the Association of Arab Universities, Prof. Dr. Amar Ezzat Salama, his accompanying delegation and a group of Iraqi scholars. He was received by Prof. Dr. Zuhair Muhammad Ali Al-Asadi, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Iman Samir Bahih, Dean of the College of Education, and Dr. Aziz Hussein Al-Saeedi, Associate Dean of the College of Pharmacy, and a number of department heads and members from the teaching and administrative staff. While he was at the university headquarters, Prof. Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama toured the central library, the main sectors, laboratories, and the internal departments. At the end of his tour, he praised the high-level capabilities that Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her) possesses for women and the academic conditions it provides for female students. It is worth noting that the Association of Arab Universities is an independent institution established by the Cultural Department of the League of Arab States and is located in Amman, Jordan.
