Under the patronage of the President of Al-Zahraa University (PBUH) for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Iman Samir Bahiya, the College of Education / Department of Special Education, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, held a scientific workshop entitled “Overthinking: A Blessing or a Curse,” delivered by Asst. Lecturer Khulood Jihad Qasim.

The workshop addressed the concept of overthinking and its psychological and educational dimensions, highlighting its positive and negative effects on individuals, particularly within the academic environment. It also discussed practical strategies for managing overthinking and transforming it into positive energy that supports mental well-being and enhances academic and professional performance.

The workshop witnessed notable interaction from participating faculty members and students, with several discussions and questions contributing to enriching the workshop’s themes and achieving its scientific and awareness-raising objectives.
