Health and Medical Technologies Faculty Holds Awareness Seminar on “Overcoming Negative Thoughts”
Health and Medical Technologies Faculty Holds Awareness Seminar on “Overcoming Negative Thoughts” In cooperation with Continuous Education Centre at Al-Zahraa University for Women along with its Rehabilitation and Employment Division, Health and Medical Technologies Faculty organized an awareness seminar titled “Overcoming Negative Thoughts”. The seminar which was conducted under the aegis of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, President of the University, was presented by Ms. Amina Hassan Ali. The seminar focused on three main topics, namely: definition of negative thoughts and their infiltration ways to the mind, their impact on individuals in addition to strategies for the management of such thoughts to prevent distraction and life progress. It is worthy to note that the initiative reflects the University’s commitment to fostering the holistic development of its female students, ultimately extending beyond academic excellence to address various intellectual aspects.
