Under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, the Registration and Student Affairs Department, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center, organized a specialized training course titled “Steps and Mechanisms for Registration for the 2025/2026 Academic Year”. The initiative aims to enhance staff capabilities and improve the administrative efficiency of the registration process.

The course was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Amal Abdul Rahim Juma, Head of the Registration Department, alongside Noor Al-Huda Khalid Shaker and Maryam Ali Ahmed. Participants were guided through the latest ministerial directives, methods of navigating the electronic system, and detailed explanations of organizational procedures to ensure transactions are completed accurately and systematically.

This training reflects the university’s commitment to strengthening the competencies of registration committee staff across colleges, enabling them to perform their duties efficiently, enhance administrative workflow, and complete registration procedures with precision. The initiative aligns with the university’s vision of improving administrative services and fostering a professional, supportive environment for academic work.
