Within the framework of the activities of the Fourth International Kawthar Al-Ismah Cultural Festival, and under the direct supervision of the President of Al-Zahraa University, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, a joint academic activity was organized in cooperation with the University of Karbala / Faculty of Administration and Economics. The activity included the delivery of specialized lectures in the fields of administration and economics.
The event brought together first-year students, postgraduate students, faculty members, and researchers, with the aim of expanding avenues of academic cooperation and strengthening inter-university communication. This engagement supports the exchange of academic experiences and contributes to the development of the knowledge base within higher education institutions.
The lecture was delivered by Prof. Dr. Ala’ Rizq from the Arab Republic of Egypt, an expert in economic affairs and President of the Strategic Forum for Development and Peace. During his presentation, he addressed contemporary management concepts grounded in positive thinking and holistic vision, emphasizing the importance of integration and cooperation among Arab universities as a fundamental pillar for advancing higher education and scientific research.
The delegation of Al-Zahraa University for Women, accompanied by the Director of the Department of Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ali Al-Husseini, was received by the President of the University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid, and the Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Economics, Assist. Prof. Dr. Hashim Al-Husseini.
This academic activity represents an important step toward consolidating the principles of joint academic work and building long-term scientific partnerships. It aligns with the objectives of the Fourth International Kawthar Al-Ismah Cultural Festival and reflects Al-Zahraa University’s commitment to supporting the academic and knowledge-based journey, fostering an active academic environment grounded in communication and cooperation with Iraqi and Arab universities, and contributing to the advancement of educational and research standards in service of the nation’s scientific progress.
