As part of the activities of the International Cultural Kawthar Al-Ismah Festival, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mullah Al-Sultani the University President, the Continuing Education Center organized an awareness workshop entitle

“The Exemplary Woman in Islam: Lady Fatima Al-Zahraa (PBUH) as a Model.” the workshop presented by AL-Alawiya Zainab Hassan Nasr-Allah, a servant of Ahl Al-Bayt, and was attended by a distinguished group of female faculty members, staff, and students.

The workshop addressed a number of intellectual and educational themes, focusing on highlighting the central status of Lady Fatima Al-Zahraa (PBUH) in Islamic thought, as a comprehensive role model for women in their faith-based, moral, and social dimensions, the lecturer reviewed key moments from her blessed life that embodied the highest values of patience, chastity, awareness, and responsibility.

The workshop also shed light on the leading role of Muslim women in building the family and society, drawing inspiration from Islamic values to establish sound educational foundations, enhance human values, and preserve authentic cultural identity, emphasis was placed on the importance of invoking these principles in confronting contemporary intellectual and social challenges, the workshop witnessed positive interaction from attendees through discussions and contributions that enriched its themes, reflecting the level of interest in purposeful cultural and intellectual activities organized by the university.

Al-Zahraa University for Women affirmed that organizing this workshop comes within its ongoing efforts to support meaningful awareness programs, enhance religious and cultural awareness, and contribute to preparing aware female figures capable of playing an effective role in serving society, this aligns with the broader objectives of the International Cultural Kawthar Al-Ismah Festival in reviving the noble biography and promoting a culture of authentic values and principles.
