The Department of Continuing Education at Al-Zahraa University for Women in cooperation with Al-Kut University College, held a scientific workshop entitled: (Educational Statistics and Learning Theories), presented by: Prof. Abdul Hussein Ghanem Sakhi, on Saturday corresponding to 3/18/2023, in the hall of the English Language Department. The workshop was attended by a group of teaching staff and trainers at the university. The workshop included the presentation of the most important theories that are based on the interpretation of learning processes, these are : (Hypothesis theory, psychological analysis, behavioral school, field school and Skinner school). As for the statistics, it is one of the branches of applying mathematics and is divided into two types: (descriptive statistics and inferential statistics) , in addition to merging theories with educational statistics Who works to help the professor to understand the level of his students and make accurate checks.
