Under the auspices of the University President, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Iman Sameer Bahiah, the Department of Special Education, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Division and the Center for Continuing Education, organized an educational workshop entitled:
“Developing Innovative Leadership among Female Students”,
presented by Asst. Lecturer Mustafa Abdulameer Nafil and Asst. Lecturer Naba Isa Kazem.
The workshop addressed the concept of innovative leadership and its importance in empowering female students to face academic and professional challenges with flexibility and creativity. It also focused on developing creative thinking skills, enhancing initiative, building self-confidence, and encouraging students to improve their abilities in problem-solving and decision-making through practical examples and hands-on activities.
This workshop represents an important step toward preparing a generation of female leaders capable of innovation and creating positive impact within society. It strengthens planning, decision-making, and responsibility skills, supports the development of personal and academic abilities, and enables students to face challenges with confidence and contribute effectively to building a productive university and community environment.
