The esteemed President of Al-Zahraa University for Women Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani participated in an intellectual seminar held on the sidelines of the Fatimia Women's Forum for Leadership and Strategy. The seminar was entitled "Rationalizing Culture and Its Role in Building a Creative Society”. The seminar took place in Um Abiha Hall in the University premises and was presented by Sayyed Ahmed Al-Ashkouri, Professor of External Research at the Scientific Seminary (Al-Hawza Al-Ilmiyya). The event was intended for the University's teaching staff and employees, with a focus on the concept of rationalizing culture and the methods of effective interaction with people. These themes were underscored as essential principles for the success of individuals and leaders working in academic and social institutions.
