Enhancing Professional Performance Through Problem-Solving Skills Development

Under the auspices of the President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, the Continuing Education Center, in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Holy Hussain Shrine / Human Resources Development Division and the Department of Dormitory Affairs and, organized a specialized training course titled "Problem Solving." The session was delivered by Mr. Nawar Zuhair Abd Al-Zahra.

The course focused on several key themes related to the university work environment, highlighting the most common challenges faced by female supervisors or female students on campus. It explored a variety of practical methods for addressing these issues, along with strategies for effective decision-making using professional techniques and efficient procedures.

Participants were presented with a range of practical recommendations aimed at enhancing job performance and strengthening their ability to respond to professional challenges and diverse responsibilities. The session emphasized the importance of developing thinking and decision-making skills based on well-studied methodologies aligned with the realities of the academic work setting.

This initiative reflects the university’s ongoing commitment to supporting the growth and development of its staff, fostering a collaborative and understanding-based work culture. It also contributes to building an educational and administrative environment grounded in effective, humane, and scientific approaches to managing workplace challenges.
