Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mullah Al-Sultani the president of Al-Zahraa University for Women, the Psychological Guidance Division and the Continuing Education Centre held a scientific workshop entitled:
“Interpersonal Skills”
presented by Lect. Dr. Nisreen Ali Al-Jelawi.
The workshop highlighted the proper methods in human communication within University’s environment, and the importance of the psychological aware and the emotional intelligent in building positive relationships based on respect and mutual understanding, that contribute in creating health university’s environment.
The lecturer also addressed a group of practical aspects about listening skills, emotional regulation, and the art of constructive dialogue, highlighting the significant role these skills play in developing work and study environments.
This workshop comes within a sequence of activities that aimed to enhance psychological and behavioral awareness among female students and promoting concepts of effective communication that align with the vision of the University in building a balanced academic personality equipped with thinking skills and positive interaction.
