The developmental activities that held by Al-Zahraa University for Women, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Department organized a developmental workshop about enhancing self-confidence for the second stage in Educational Faculty/Mathematics Department.

The workshop presented by Educational Guidance (Zainab Al-Husseini), the workshop included identify the self-confidence and the difference between it and the vanity.

As well as, addressing the main aspects and causes of lack of trust and the extent to which family, society, and others' opinions affect the acquisition of trust and self-enhancement.

Highlighted on the significance of staying away from negative spirits and talking to oneself positively, and the necessity of being keen on performing acts of worship and getting closer to God, as this leads to stability and inner peace, which in turn leads to increased self-confidence.
