Desirous to educate and raise awareness among young people and a generation capable of identifying the environmental problems encountered by our planet, the Continuous Education Center in cooperation with Women's Affairs Division held a scientific workshop entitled “Green Education between Islamic Foundations and the Western Model” presented by Prof. Dr. Amjad Hamid Fadel, and Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Kazem Al-Kriti on Wednesday, 11/9/2024 at Al-Kawthar Center for Continuous Education. At the workshop, a presentation was made on the environmental problems that inflict our planet and the development of such a relevant set of controls and solutions, as curricula and university programs that instruct professionals on sustainable practices and technologies. At the end, Prof. Dr. Nour Hatif, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy handed a certificate of thanks and appreciation over to the tutors who presented the workshop.
