Al-Zahraa University Honors English Department Female Students upon Completion of Educational Leadership Program
In cooperation with Al-Warith Academy for Sustainable Education and Strategic Studies, Al-Zahraa University for Women marked the completion of the Educational Leadership Program by honoring English Department fourth-year female students. The event was held following the conclusion of Professional Teacher Program which was organized by Al-Warith Academy Educational Empowerment Division. The Program included training sessions on such professional teaching practices as educational planning, motivational strategies, classroom management, as well as modern teaching methods. “Educational Planning” was specifically presented at Al-Zahraa University, as a topic precisely targeting final-year female students in Faculty of Education English Department. Program coordinators, Messrs. Aqeel Al-Sharifi and Ahmed Al-Sharifi, managed to shed light on the importance of fostering leadership skills, contemporary educational strategies, along with effective planning to empower female students to enter the workforce with confidence and competence. Furthermore, the initiative received extensive praise from female students and faculty staff members alike. It is noteworthy that the Program represents a significant stride towards betterment of the quality of education and professional formation of qualified educational staff, ultimately contributing to the advancement of Iraq’s educational system.
