Al-Zahraa University Strengthens Academic Cooperation with Iranian Universities

On the sidelines of the Iraqi-Iranian Science Week, Al-Zahraa University for Women signed several memoranda of understanding with esteemed Iranian universities, including Shahid Beheshti University, Al-Zahraa University (Iran), Ferdowsi University, and Bu-Ali Sina University. Those agreements encompassed such various areas of cooperation, as student exchange, academic staff cooperation, training and supervision, curriculum development, joint scientific research, and leveraging postgraduate expertise from both nations. It is noteworthy that these memoranda align with the University’s vision of fostering international partnerships and advancing academic excellence, aimed at empowering Iraqi women through exceptional education with a view to contribute to societal development. Both parties expressed pleasure at the agreements, emphasizing that those efforts would strengthen the bonds of friendship between the two nations while enhancing scientific progress and intellectual exchange.
