Enhancing Services Quality across University Departments: Supervisory Visit
In a continued commitment to improving institutional performance, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hassan Al-Qazzaz, President University Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs, conducted a supervisory tour of the Administrative Affairs Department and the Scientific Laboratories at Al-Zahraa University for Women. During his visit, Dr. Al-Qazzaz evaluated the operations of various divisions and units within the Department of Administrative Affairs. Additionally, he engaged in discussions on strategies to streamline administrative procedures, enhance operational efficiency, as well as expedite workflow, all aimed at fostering a more effective and supportive institutional environment. The tour also included an assessment of the University’s scientific laboratories, focusing on evaluating the existing technological resources and identifying opportunities to align them with global standards. Furthermore, discussions centered on potential development avenues that would ensure ongoing leading edge in terms of scientific and technological advancement for the University’s laboratories, thereby enhancing the quality of academic instruction. It is worth noting that the visit forms part of the University’s sustained efforts to cultivate a high-performing academic and administrative environment and to strengthen cooperation with research and scientific institutions. It is significant to observe that such initiatives are intended to have a positive impact on the quality of education across all disciplines.
