The workshop addressed the concept of emotional intelligence as an effective tool that enables individuals to understand themselves, analyze their emotions, and interpret the emotional responses of others, emphasizing its pivotal role in guiding emotions in ways that promote psychological stability and personal balance. It also discussed the philosophy of self-confidence based on self-acceptance and self-appreciation, even in moments of failure, highlighting that emotional intelligence constitutes the solid foundation upon which sustainable self-confidence is built.
The workshop aimed to empower participants with skills in emotional awareness and regulation, and to equip them with modern strategies for identifying personal strengths and developing effective communication skills. This, in turn, contributes to building a well-balanced personality capable of confronting contemporary societal challenges with flexibility, confidence, and a sense of responsibility.
